Deferral of Fees and Expense Reimbursement. The General Partners may defer payment of any fee or expense reimbursement provided for herein. The amount so deferred shall be treated as a non-interest bearing debt of the Partnership and shall be paid from any source of funds available to the Partnership, including cash available for Distribution prior to the distributions to Limited Partners provided for in Article 5.
