Common use of Deferral of Purchase Contract Payments Clause in Contracts

Deferral of Purchase Contract Payments. The Company has the right to defer payment of all or part of the Purchase Contract Payments in respect of each Purchase Contract until no later than the Purchase Contract Settlement Date.
