Deferral to Grievance Panel Hearing. No University official may impose any disciplinary action before the Faculty Member's right to a Grievance Panel hearing has expired or been waived. However, where appropriate, a Faculty Member may be placed on administrative leave with pay and benefits pending the outcome of the Article 9 and grievance procedures.
