DEFERRED SALARY LEAVE PLANS. 1. The Board agrees to administer a Deferred Salary Leave Plan between itself and the Union enabling teachers to finance a one year leave of absence. Details of the leave procedure will be in Appendix 1 in the contract with Vancouver City Savings Credit Union (Van City).
