Deferred Submittals. A. Review of deferred submittals shall be included as part of work per section 1.A, the Scope of Work. B. A list of deferred submittals shall be provided in a table format early in the Architectural plan set. This is a required review item. Deferred submittals not included in the list may be considered as part of work per section 1.2, Separate Scope.
Deferred Submittals. For the purposes of this section, deferred submittals are defined as those portions of the design that are not submitted at the time of the plan review and that are to be submitted to DPA/OSA through its code review agent within a specified period.
Deferred Submittals. Elements or components of the Project which are performance specified (as a deferred submittal in accordance with the International Building Code), but not designed by the Engineer-of-Record. Deferred design elements are designed by or under the supervision of a Professional Engineer, registered in the state where the Project is located, and retained by the material or component supplier.
Deferred Submittals. Deferred submittals are an assumed part of all submittals.
Deferred Submittals. 8.1. Confirm acceptance of proposed structurally related deferred items with the campus as a part of the review and require that deferred submittals be listed in Division One of the project specifications and plans cover sheet as a peer review comment. Deferred structural submittals shall be identified in the final peer review concurrence letter. 8.2. Review of individual deferred submittal items shall be provided as a part of the peer review. 8.3. Advise campus and CPDC A/E if it appears deferred submittals identified in the final concurrence letter are not being submitted during the construction phase.
