Existing Structures. The plans show the general locations of some known surface and subsurface structures. The locations of many gas mains, water mains, conduits, sewers, other utilities, etc., however, are unknown, and the OWNER assumes no responsibility for failure to show any or all of these structures on the plans or to show them in their exact locations. It is mutually agreed that such failure shall not be considered sufficient basis for claims for additional compensation for Extra Work or for increasing the pay quantities in any manner whatsoever. The CONTRACTOR shall be soley responsible for locating all gas mains, water mains, conduits, sewers, other utilities etc., so as to perform the Work without damaging the same.

Existing Structures. The legal occupancy of any structure existing on the date of adoption of this code shall be permitted to continue without change, except as is specifically covered in this code or as is deemed necessary by DPA/OSA through its code review agent for the general safety and welfare of the occupants and the public. Existing Structures. The Contractor shall, at Contractor’s expense, immediately make permanent repairs and restore to original condition any and all utility lines, irrigation lines, pipe lines, pavement, or structures that are to remain in place and damaged by the Contractor’s equipment or workmen during the performance of work under this contract, or damaged as a result of improperly executed work.
Existing Structures. The existing buildings are each two-story, 120,000 square foot, braced steel frame structures classified as Type II N structures in the CBC with mixed occupancies of B, F1 and A3. The existing tenant improvements on the ground floor of both buildings are Class C-100 & C-10,000 clean rooms and labs for electronics manufacturing/assembly and testing, and some training rooms. The second floor of both buildings is offices and administrative in nature. The first floor of Bldg 2 also has a cafeteria.
Existing Structures. There are existing historic outbuildings on the property. Buyer shall relocate these structures to the locale of its choosing on the property being purchased. Provided, further, these buildings shall be made available to the General Public on such terms and conditions as Buyer deems reasonable.
Existing Structures. Lessee may at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, (i) destroy and remove any and all structures and improvements now existing on the Demised Premises, and (ii) prepare the leased land for the new construction hereby contemplated. No structure or material addition to or alteration of the exterior of any building constructed on the leased land shall be commenced unless and until complete detailed plans and specifications therefore, including all off-site and on-site Improvements and landscaping; together with a plot plan showing the proposed location thereof on the leased land, shall have been first submitted to and approved by Lessor. No structure which does not fully comply with plans, specifications and proposed location approved in writing by Lessor shall be constructed or maintained on the leased land. If Lessor has not provided approvals or a specific written statement of Lessor’s objections to said plans, specifications and plot plan or a request for additional information within thirty (30) days after Lessor receives them from Lessee, Lessor shall be deemed to have given his written approval of said plans and specifications.

Existing Structures. All existing structures encountered ------------------- within the established lines and boundaries of the Project Site shall be removed by Contractor, unless such existing structures are otherwise specified to be relocated, adjusted up or down, salvaged, abandoned in place, reused in the Work or allowed to remain in place.
