Common use of Deficiencies in Revenues Clause in Contracts

Deficiencies in Revenues. If for any reason, including the Company’s being required to withhold or pay any tax imposed by reason of its obligations evidenced by the Note, amounts paid to the Trustee on the Note, together with other moneys held by the Trustee and then available, would not be sufficient to make the corresponding payments of principal or redemption price of, and interest on, the Bonds when such payments become due, the Company will pay or cause to be paid the amounts required from time to time, when due, to make up any such deficiency.
