Common use of Deficiency and Remedial Action Clause in Contracts

Deficiency and Remedial Action. If, during performance of this Contract, NNSA determines that a previously approved alternative is not satisfactory, the Contracting Officer will require the Contractor to prepare a corrective action to be taken, and, the Contracting Officer may direct corrective action to remedy the deficiency, including, if appropriate, the reinstatement of the Directive or DOE/NNSA requirement.
