Common use of Deficiency Credits Clause in Contracts

Deficiency Credits. Credits or any other form of discount to be applied to the applicable Service Fees for Contractor’s failure to correct a Solution Deficiency within a prescribed period, including, but not limited to, Unscheduled Downtime or any Solution Performance Deficiency, as further specified in Exhibit C (Service Level Agreement) to this Contract.
