DEFICIENCY OF ADDITIONAL RENT. If the aggregate amount of such estimated Additional Rent payments made by the Tenant in any year should be less than the Additional Rent due for such year, then the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord as Additional Rent within ten (10) days of receipt of notice thereof from the Landlord the amount of such deficiency.
