Definition and Construction. 1.1 The master definitions and construction schedule made between, amongst others, the parties hereto on or about the date hereof (as the same may be amended, varied or supplemented from time to time with the consent of the parties thereto, the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule) is expressly and specifically incorporated into this Agreement and, accordingly, the expressions defined in the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule shall, except where the context otherwise requires and save where otherwise defined herein, have the same meanings in this Agreement, including the Recitals hereto and this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the interpretation provisions set out in Clause 2 (Interpretation and Construction) of the Master Definitions and Construction Schedule. 1.2 For the purposes of Section 2 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Xxx 0000, the terms of the Transaction Documents are, so far as applicable, incorporated herein. 1.3 Any schedule of Further Advances, Product Switches, Underpayment Options and/or repurchased Loans attached to any Further Advances notice, Product Switches notice, Underpayment Options notice, any Loan Repurchase Notice and/or any Seller Loan Repurchase Notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Loan Repurchase Notice), Schedule 10 (Further Advance, Product Switch and/or Underpayment Option Notice) and/or Schedule 14 (Seller Loan Repurchase Notice), as applicable, may be provided in a document stored upon electronic media (including, but not limited to, a CD-ROM) in a format acceptable to the Issuer and the Security Trustee (each acting reasonably).
