DEFINITION OF AFFILIATION. Affiliation, as used in this Article, shall mean any proprietary, employment or fiduciary relationship of the Employee with the Corporation and its affiliated corporations, including, but not limited to, the position of Employee as director, officer, employee or consultant of the Corporation or its affiliated corporations.
