Definition of Agreement. 3.1 This Agreement has been mutually agreed to by the Inter-Lakes School Board and the Inter-Lakes Education Association (ILEA). It is subject to modification or change, by agreement of the parties, except the School Board reserves the right of such modification of this Agreement that is clearly dependent upon adequate funds as voted by the School District. In such cases, either party may re-open negotiations as provided by RSA 273:A-3(II)(b).
