Definition of "Base Rent"—No Setoff Sample Clauses

Definition of "Base Rent"—No Setoff. Tenant shall pay to Landlord base rent (Base Rent) in equal monthly installments as set forth in Summary of Basic Lease Terms section 6 in advance, on or before the first day of every calendar month during the Lease Term, without any prior demand, abatement, setoff, or deduction. Payment shall be made at Landlord’s Address for Payments set forth in Summary of Basic Lease Terms section 13(b) or at any other place that Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. Payment must be in United States dollars, either in the form of a check, cashier’s check or certified check or via electronically transmitted funds.

Payment shall be made at the management office of the Building or at any other place that Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. Payment must be in United States dollars, either in the form of a check (drawn on a bank located in the State of California) or via electronically transmitted funds.
