Definition of Immediate Family Immediate family includes husband, wife, child, stepchild, brother, stepbrother, sister, stepsister, parent, stepparent, or any person serving as a parent, or who has served as a parent, or any other person living in the same household as the employee.
Certain Definitions For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings indicated:
Definitions Generally Wherever required by the context of this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa, and references to any agreement, document or instrument shall be deemed to refer to such agreement, document or instrument as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time. (e) all section, paragraph or clause references not attributed to a particular document shall be references to such parts of this Agreement, and all exhibit, annex and schedule references not attributed to a particular document shall be references to such exhibits, annexes and schedules to this Agreement.
Definition of Intellectual Property For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “intellectual property” refers to all categories of intellectual property that are the subject of Articles 6.6 (Trademarks) to 6.11 (Undisclosed Information / Measures Related to Certain Regulated Products).
