Specific Definitions. As used herein, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
Specific Definitions means business classifications as described in Chapter 6.16. (Ord. 720 § 1.10, 1976)
Specific Definitions. The following specific definitions of words, expressions, terms or phrases have been agreed to by the parties, and shall be used to establish the intent and meaning of the language of this Agreement, unless a different definition is provided within the context of a particular article.

  • Variation Margin means, in connection with an outstanding futures contract owned or sold by the Corporation, the amount of cash or securities paid to or received from a broker (subsequent to the Initial Margin payment) from time to time as the price of such futures contract fluctuates.
