Definition of Key Person. “Key Persons” shall be defined in this Agreement as individuals performing the Products and Services pursuant to this Agreement andand (a) have signed this Agreement on behalf of the Contractor and/or (b) are listed in Exhibit F – Certificate Verifying Key Persons of the Contractor (“Exhibit F”) attached and incorporated into this Agreement. Key Persons include the names of all employees, agents, and subcontractors of the Contractor who perform or render Products and Services pursuant to this Agreement.
