Definition of Owner. For purposes of Articles 5, 6 and 7 below, the term “Owner” shall include the Stockholder and all subsequent holders of the Shares who derive their chain of ownership through a permitted transfer from the Stockholder (including, as applicable, in accordance with Section 4.1 above).
