F175) (FIPPA), and includes:: ▪ personal information about an identifiable individual, which is recorded in any manner, form or medium; and ▪ personal health information about an identifiable individual as defined in The Personal Health Information Act of Manitoba (C.C.S.M. c. P33.5) (PHIA). These statutory definitions are attached at the end of this Schedule.
