Use of Personal Data. By executing this Stock Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including his or her name, salary, nationality, job title, position and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. The Participant is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan. The Company, or its Subsidiaries, may transfer Data among themselves or to third parties as necessary for the purpose of implementation, administration and management of the Plan. These various recipients of Data may be located elsewhere throughout the world. The Participant authorizes these various recipients of Data to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Participant may, at any time, review Data with respect to the Participant and require any necessary amendments to such Data. The Participant may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying the Company in writing; however, the Participant understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, the Participant may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.
Use of Personal Data. By executing this Agreement, you hereby agree freely, and with your full knowledge and consent, to the collection, use, processing and transfer (collectively, the “Use”) of certain personal data such as your name, salary, nationality, job title, position evaluation rating along with details of all past awards and current awards outstanding under the Plan (collectively, the “Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. You further acknowledge and agree that OfficeMax and/or any of its Affiliates may make Use of the Data amongst themselves and/or any other third parties assisting OfficeMax in the administration and management of the Plan (collectively, the “Data Recipients”). In keeping therewith, you hereby further authorize any Data Recipient, including Data Recipients located in foreign jurisdictions, to continue to make Use of the Data, in electronic or other form, for the purposes of administering and managing the Plan, including without limitation, any necessary Use of such Data as may be required for the subsequent holding of shares on your behalf by a broker or other third party with whom you may elect to deposit any shares acquired through the Plan. OfficeMax shall, at all times, take all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate safety measures shall be in place to ensure the confidentiality of the Data, and that no Use will be made of the Data for any purpose other than the administration and management of the Plan. You may, at any time, review your Data and request necessary amendments to such Data. You may withdraw your consent to Use of the Data herein by notifying OfficeMax in writing at the address specified in paragraph 13; however by withdrawing your consent to use Data, you may affect your eligibility to participate in the Plan. By executing this Agreement you hereby release and forever discharge OfficeMax from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, losses and expenses arising out of, or in connection with, the Use of the Data including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation and any other personal, moral and/or property rights.
Use of Personal Data. In order to provide the Service, You instruct Apple to use Personal Data, provided by You and Your End Users to Apple through use of the Service, only as necessary to provide and improve the Service, and as set forth in Exhibit A, subject to the requirements set forth in this Section 3 and Exhibit A. Further, Apple shall:
i. Use and handle such Personal Data consistent with the instructions and permissions from You set forth herein, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, accords or treaties.
ii. Notify Institution in the event Apple receives any requests to access Your or Your End Users’ Personal Data in connection with the Service, and Apple will either reasonably (i) cooperate with Institution to handle such requests to the extent such requests involve Personal Data that Apple has access to or (ii) otherwise put in place a means for Institution to manage such requests directly. In the event Institution is subject to an investigation by a data protection regulator or similar authority regarding Personal Data, Apple shall provide Institution with assistance and support in responding to such investigation to the extent it involves Personal Data that Apple has access to in connection with the Service.

Employee agrees to the collection, use, processing and transfer of certain personal data, including name, salary, nationality, job title, position, social security number (or other tax identification number) and details of all past Awards and current Awards outstanding under the Plan (“Data”), for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan. Employee is not obliged to consent to such collection, use, processing and transfer of personal data, but a refusal to provide such consent may affect the ability to participate in the Plan. WM may transfer Data among themselves or to third parties as necessary for the purpose of implementation, administration and management of the Plan. These various recipients of Data may be located throughout the world. Employee authorizes these various recipients of Data to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. Employee may, at any time, review Data with respect to Employee and require any necessary amendments to such Data. Employee may withdraw his or her consent to use Data herein by notifying WM in writing (according to the provisions of paragraph 15 below); however, Employee understands that by withdrawing his or her consent to use Data, Employee may affect his or her ability to participate in the Plan.
Use of Personal Data. 2.1 We use your personal data to provide secure high-quality service.
2.2 The personal data you provide us with is used to verify contact information and identity. We also use personal data to register Personal Areas, open and configure trading accounts, and issue activation codes and passwords. By providing contact information, you help us improve our services and promptly communicate the availability of additional services, features, and promotions we may be offering.
Use of Personal Data. 10.1. Where the Company processes personal data on behalf of the Customer – for example, where Monitoring is included in the Services – the Data Protection Schedule (below) shall apply.

Use of Personal Data. 12.1 Any information supplied by Customer to Company in relation to the Agreement will be subject to the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (CAP 486). Customer hereby consents to Company’s use of any data supplied by Customer for the purpose of processing the Service Order and for the operation and provision of the Services and other services to be included from time to time. The foregoing consent of the Customer shall also extend to the use of such data by Company’s Associated Companies, affiliates, agents, sub-contractors and third party providers on a need-to-know basis. Customer also consents to such data being transferred to another legal jurisdiction outside Hong Kong which may not have laws protecting personal data similar to the said ordinance.
Use of Personal Data. (a) You acknowledge and agree that, unless we agree otherwise in any agreement that we enter into in relation to specific banking services, we and you each act as independent data controllers in respect of the Personal Data that we process in connection with our performance of any services that are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, we and you shall comply with our respective obligations under Data Protection Legislation in respect of any Personal Data that we or you (as applicable) process, except to the extent that these Terms and Conditions allocate the responsibility for compliance with a particular requirement to one Party.
(b) You acknowledge and agree that we may process Personal Data (including names, contact details and financial details) relating to your and your Affiliates’ employees, officers and other individuals (“Data Subjects”) in connection with performing our obligations and/or exercising our rights in respect of any services provided that are governed by these Terms and Conditions, including to administer and operate your account, to provide any services that we provide to you and your Affiliates, to recover payments, communicate with you, to market our goods and services to you and your Affiliates, to evaluate whether to offer particular services or not, to undertake background checks (including credit reference checks and KYC and AML checks) and to comply with our regulatory obligations.
(c) You acknowledge that: (i) you shall have responsibility for the accuracy, quality and legality of the Personal Data; and (ii) it shall be your responsibility to, and you shall, issue any fair processing notices to, and obtain any necessary consents from, Data Subjects as may be required in order for us to process their Personal Data as required in order to perform our obligations and exercise our rights in respect of any services provided that are governed by these Terms and Conditions. In particular, before providing us with any Personal Data you shall, and shall procure that your Affiliates shall, provide the following information to the Data Subjects to whom the Personal Data relates (except where they already have the information):
(i) our identity, and that they can contact us and our data protection officer by telephone on +00(0)00 0000 0000;
(ii) that we are processing their Personal Data for the purposes set out in clause 18(b);
