Common use of Definition of “Student Data Clause in Contracts

Definition of “Student Data. In addition to the definition set forth in Exhibit C, Student Data includes any and all “covered information,” as that term is defined in Section 5 of SOPPA (105 ILCS 85/5), and Student Data shall constitute “school student records” as that term is defined in Section 2 of ISSRA (105 ILCS 10/2(d)).
