Definition of Tolling Readiness. The TCS shall be deemed to have achieved “Tolling Readiness” with respect to the East-End Bridge or the Downtown Bridges (in temporary or permanent configuration, as applicable) when all portions are in a condition to safely commence Revenue Service and safely accept and continue normal, uninterrupted flow of traffic, the TSP has completed and passed the System Production Readiness Tests and obtained the Joint Board’s written approval of the test results, and all of the requirements specified in TR Section TP are satisfied, and when TSP has completed the following in all material respects:
