Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Mortgage Loan Agreement or the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable. Except as set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, to the extent of any inconsistency between terms defined in this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement, the Servicing Agreement shall control. Whenever used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings set forth below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
