In the event of claims to the Contractor from third parties in relation to the access, provided to the User and/or materials, published on the Contractor’s website, to which User has access, User shall settle such claims from third parties on their own and at their own expense, indemnifying the Contractor from any possible losses or litigation.

If the myLoc managed IT AG determines that an impairment reported by the client does not fall under the warranty, myLoc managed IT AG will charge the client for this error search and rectification.
