Definitions; Conflicts. References to a “Section” or the “recitals” are, unless otherwise specified, to a Section or the recitals of this Agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Servicing Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between terms defined in this Agreement and the Servicing Agreement, this Agreement shall control. Whenever used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings set forth below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. In addition, for so long as the Note A Securitization Date has not occurred, any capitalized terms defined herein by reference to the Lead Note A PSA or provisions referring to the operation of the Lead Note A PSA shall be disregarded and have no effect, and this Agreement shall be interpreted without regard to such provisions.
