Common use of Definitions Etc Clause in Contracts

Definitions Etc. Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in any Section of this Agreement shall have the meanings therein specified for all purposes of this Agreement, applicable to both the singular and plural forms of any of the terms defined herein. When a reference is made in this Agreement to a Section, such reference shall be to a Section of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated. Whenever the words "include", "includes" or "including" are used in this Agreement, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation". The use of a gender herein shall be deemed to include the neuter, masculine and feminine genders wherever necessary or appropriate. Whenever the word "herein" or "hereof" is used in this Agreement, it shall be deemed to refer to the Agreement and not to a particular Section of the Agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.
