  • ARTICLE I DEFINITIONS 1 SECTION 1.01.

  • Amendment to Article I Article I of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 2.1.1. Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following definitions in the appropriate alphabetical order:

  • INCORPORATION OF GUIDES BY REFERENCE The Seller/Servicer acknowledges that it has received and read the Guides. All provisions of the Guides are incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract, and shall be binding upon the parties; provided, however, that the Seller/Servicer shall be entitled to sell Loans to and/or service Loans for Residential Funding only if and for so long as it shall have been authorized to do so by Residential Funding in writing.   • Amendments to Article I Article I of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in accordance with Subparts 2.1.1 through 2.1. Section 1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following definitions in such Section in the appropriate alphabetical sequence:

  • Incorporation of Recitals; Definitions The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given such terms in the Agreement.
