Definition of Service Fast Post‐Fault Active Power Recovery is the recovery of a Providing Unit’s MW Output to at least 90% of its pre‐Fault Disturbance MW Output within 250ms of the voltage at the Providing Unit’s Connection Point recovering to at least 90% of its pre‐Fault Disturbance value for any Fault Disturbance that is cleared within 900ms. The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.

Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
Coverage for Members Who Are Hospitalized on Their Effective Date If you are in the hospital on your effective date of coverage, healthcare services related to such hospitalization are covered as long as: (a) you notify us of your hospitalization within forty-eight (48) hours of the effective date, or as soon as is reasonably possible; and (b) covered healthcare services are received in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of this agreement. As always, benefits paid in such situations are subject to the Coordination of Benefits provisions.
Definition of the Parties Without prejudice to Article 49, for the purposes of this Agreement, "the Parties" shall mean the Community, its Member States or the Community and its Member States, within their respective areas of competence, as derived from the Treaty establishing the European Community, on the one hand, and the Andean Community, its Member Countries or the Andean Community and its Member Countries, on the other, in accordance with their respective spheres of competence.
