Common use of Definitions Section Clause in Contracts

Definitions Section. For reference, most terms defined in this section are capitalized throughout this Contract. Other terms may be defined where they appear in this Contract. All Providers and Facilities listed in this Contract and in the following section must be licensed and/or registered by the state where the services are rendered, unless exempt by federal law, and must be performing within the scope of license in order for BCI to provide benefits. Definitions in this Contract shall control over any other definition or interpretation unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
