Delaware Trustee; Business Offices. (a) The initial sole Trustee of the Trust is Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB. The Trustee shall receive service of process on the Trust in the State of Delaware at the Corporate Trust Office. In the event Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, resigns or is removed as the Trustee, a successor trustee of the Trust in the State of Delaware shall serve as the Trustee in accordance with the terms hereof. (b) The principal office of the Trust, and such additional offices as the Sponsor may establish, shall be located at such place or places inside or outside the State of Delaware as the Sponsor may designate from time to time. Initially, the principal office of the Trust shall be at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.
