Delaware Trustee; Business Offices. (a) The sole Trustee of the Trust is Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association, with its principal place of business in the State of Delaware, which is located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0001 or at such other address in the State of Delaware as the Trustee may designate in writing to the Sponsor. The Trustee shall receive service of process on the Trust in the State of Delaware at the foregoing address. (b) The principal office of the Trust, and such additional offices as the Sponsor may establish, shall be located at such place or places inside or outside the State of Delaware as the Sponsor may designate from time to time in writing to the Trustee and the Unitholders. As of the date hereof, the principal office of the Trust is located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, #000, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 00000. The Trust may maintain such other offices at such other places as the Sponsor deems advisable.
