The Contractor shall not make any claim against the Owner for an increase in the Contract Amount, or for any damages, losses or additional expenses which the Contractor may suffer as a result of any delay in the completion of the Work (regardless of the circumstances giving rise to the delay), with the exception of the following: i. Delays caused by fraud, misrepresentation, concealment or other bad faith by the Owner, ii. Delays caused by active interference by the Owner, or
