Provisions of Article Fair and Adequate. Contractor represents and warrants that the provisions herein contained for extension of time and adjustment of the contract or of the contract price pursuant to this Article are fair and adequate and that Contractor has an opportunity to make provision for any and all delays within the contemplation of the parties. Accordingly, it is understood and agreed that Contractor shall not have or assert any claim for damages or prosecute any suit, action, cause of action, arbitration claim, or other proceeding against the Owner for such damages arising from any delay or hindrance in the completion of the Work called for in this Agreement except as provided in this paragraph.

Accordingly, it is understood and agreed that Demolition Contractor shall not have or assert any claim for damages or prosecute any suit, action, cause of action, arbitration claim, or other proceeding against the Owner for such damages arising from any delay or hindrance in the completion of the Demolition Work called for in this Agreement except as provided in this paragraph.
