Delay in reinstatement. If the Landlord is obliged to or chooses to reinstate the Premises, and the reinstatement does not start within 3 months or is not completed within 18 months of the date of the destruction or damage, then either the Landlord or the Tenant (subject to clause 24.5) may end this lease by giving the other written notice at any time before the reinstatement is completed.
