Common use of Delay in Transfer of Title Clause in Contracts

Delay in Transfer of Title. Where there is a request for transfer in fee simple of the Pelcombe Bay Site under Subsection 4.5.12 and there are delays in the transfer of title of the lands within the plan of subdivision due to Manitoba’s inability to complete the surveys, the Land Use Permit issued under Subsection 4.5.1 will continue to be renewable annually without fee to the Community until the lands are transferred in fee simple to the Community.
