DELAY OR FAILURE TO EXERCISE RIGHTS. No forbearance or failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power or remedy is to be deemed a waiver or partial waiver thereof on our part; and no waiver by us of any breach of this Agreement on your part is to be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any provision of this Agreement. We shall be considered to have waived our rights only if we specifically notify you of such a waiver in writing.
