Delay or Forfeiture of Benefits Payable Following Regulatory Action. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any plan or any participation agreement to the contrary, the payment of any executive benefit shall be delayed or the executive benefit shall be forfeited on or after the occurrence of or as a result of any of the following events:
