Common use of Delayed publication Clause in Contracts

Delayed publication. If the legal prerequisites are met the customer may withdraw from the contract in the event of delayed publication of an advertisement, unless the delay is not attributable to the publishing house. In particular, the publishing house is not responsible for any delayed publication that is due to the customer’s late cooperation in accordance with § 9(1). The liability of the publishing house for claims due to delayed publication is in compliance with §12.
