Information and Publicity. 1. The LP undertakes to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1303/2013, and in the information and publicity guidelines included the Implementation Manual, the Visual Identity Manual for projects and the Communication toolkit of the Danube Transnational Programme with the aim to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union Funds in the framework of the Danube Transnational Programme and to ensure the adequate promotion of the project.
Information and Publicity. 9.1. Any publicity measure undertaken by the partner must follow the rules applicable to the visibility in accordance to the Annex I par. 2.1.2. of the Grant Contract and Article 6 of the Annex II of the Grant Contract.

Please provide actual examples (web address, attached files, etc.) of the measures through which the project contributed to the increasing of the information and publicity degree on the EEA Financial Mechanism and Program 2014–2021.
Information and Publicity. Any publicity measure undertaken by any of the Partners must follow the rules applicable to the visibility of EC Erasmus + Programme, and be in accordance to Article I.12 of the Grant Agreement. Information and publicity measures will be coordinated among the Partners. The Partner is equally responsible to promote the fact that financing is provided from the European Union funds in the framework of the ERASMUS+ Programme and to ensure the appropriate publicity of the Project. The Partner takes note of the fact that the results of the Project as well as any study or analysis produced in the course of the Project will be made available to the public; the Partner agrees that the results of the Project shall be available for all Partners and for the public free of charge.
Information and Publicity. 1. The Beneficiary shall provide information on, and publicise the programme and operations, in accordance with Article 24 of the Framework Agreement. The information shall be addressed to the citizens and beneficiaries, with the aim of highlighting the role of the Community and ensuring transparency.
Information and Publicity. 1. Any notice or publication by the project, including at a conference or a seminar, must specify that the project has received a subsidy from the Programme funds, in compliance with the requirements set in the Programme Manual and Publicity Guidelines; as well as in compliance with the requirements set by the regulatory framework in Article 1 Applicable legal framework.
Information and Publicity. 1. Any publicity measure undertaken by any of the Project Participants shall be conducted according to the Commission Regulation (EC) no. 1828/2006, and the Information and Publicity guidelines of the SEE Programme.
Information and Publicity. The Lead Beneficiary must ensure compliance of the project with Articles 115 and Annex XII of Regulation (EU) 1303/2013 and the Commission Implementing Regulation 821/2014 on information and publicity measures concerning co-financing from Structural Funds. Any statement or publication by the project, in whatever form and on or by whatever media, including the Internet, must state that it reflects the author’s views and that the Managing Authority shall not be held liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein. The Lead Beneficiary undertakes the obligation to send a copy of any publicity and information material produced to the JS, upon request and to have copies available for a period of 2 years after the contractual end of the project. This applies to all the beneficiaries as well the Lead Beneficiary furthermore authorises the JS, the Managing Authority, NA and the European Commission to use this material in order to demonstrate the Programme and/or Project results through any means of publicity both offline and online, without any further consent from any of the Project beneficiaries. In addition the Project beneficiaries will assist in any way possible any information or promotional campaign by the competent services of the European Commission and of the Member States, regarding their project. Any information, media appearance, or other publicity activity of the project shall be communicated to the JS for potential information and publicity activities. The Managing Authority is authorised to publicise, the following information: • the name of the Project and its Lead Beneficiary and beneficiaries, • the objectives, budget and executive summary of the project, • the amount granted • the geographical location of the project, • any other information agreed with the Lead Beneficiary.
Information and Publicity. 1. The Lead Beneficiary undertakes the responsibility to fulfil the information and publicity measures set out in the Guidelines for Implementing Information and Publicity Requirements for the Projects in the Interreg – IPA CBC Hungary – Serbia Programme, with the aim of promoting the co-financing provided from EU contribution available under the Interreg - IPA CBC Hungary – Serbia Programme, and ensuring the adequate promotion of the Project.
Information and Publicity. [Emeritus/EmeriCare] shall consult with Tenant with respect to the development of any informational material, mass media releases, and other related publicity materials, which are necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Facility. Neither Landlord nor [Emeritus/EmeriCare] shall use the name, logotype, trade dress or other identification of Tenant in any advertising or promotional material without Tenant's prior written consent, which consent may be granted or withheld in Tenant's sole and unfettered discretion; provided, however, nothing herein shall be construed as limiting the rights granted to Landlord and [Emeritus/EmeriCare] under the terms of Section 9.10 of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated January , 2010 entered into by and between Landlord and Xxxxxxx XX Assisted Living, LLC with respect to the Facility and certain other facilities described therein.
