Common use of Delays Other Than Adverse Weather Conditions Clause in Contracts

Delays Other Than Adverse Weather Conditions. Where Contractor is prevented from completing any part of the Work within the Contract Times (or Milestones) due to delay beyond the control of Contractor for reasons other than adverse weather conditions, Contractor shall be granted an extension of Contract Times (or Milestones) and/or amendment of the contract or contract price for additional cost of the Project as provided in this Agreement.
