Delegation and Subcontracting. Unless otherwise proposed and approved in the Firm's proposal for services, the Firm shall not delegate or subcontract any work to be performed by the Firm under this agreement to any other person, business or entity without the express advance written approval of the County for such delegation or subcontract work.
