This provision shall not be applicable to service 34 agreements usually and customarily entered into by CONTRACTOR to obtain or arrange for supplies, 35 technical support, or professional services. No subcontract shall 4 terminate or alter the responsibilities of 36 CONTRACTOR to COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement. 5 ADMINISTRATOR CONTRACTOR may disallownot assign the rights 37 hereunder, from payments otherwise due CONTRACTOReither in whole or in part, amounts claimed for 6 subcontracts not approved in accordance with this paragraphwithout the prior written consent of COUNTY.
