No subcontract 17 26 shall terminate or alter the responsibilities of CONTRACTOR to COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement. 18 27 ADMINISTRATOR may disallow, from payments otherwise due CONTRACTOR, amounts claimed for 19 28 subcontracts not approved in accordance with this paragraphdelegation delegation in derogation of this Paragraph 20 paragraph shall be void.
