Common use of Delegation by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Delegation by Landlord. Wherever Landlord has the authority to take any action under this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to delegate such authority to others, and Landlord shall be responsible for the authorized actions of such agents, employees and others, to the same extent as if Landlord had taken such action itself.

Delegation by Landlord. Wherever Landlord has the authority to take any action under this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to delegate such authority to othersothers by the delivery of notice to Tenant. Tenant may rely on such notices until its receipt of notice from Landlord of its revocation of such delegation of authority to the subject individual identified in Landlord’s prior notice to Tenant, and Landlord shall be responsible for the authorized actions of such agents, employees and others, to the same extent as if Landlord had taken such action itself.
