Common use of Delegation by the Trustee to the Manager Clause in Contracts

Delegation by the Trustee to the Manager. The Trustee shall be entitled to delegate to the Manager any of its powers and obligations in connection with the management of the affairs of the Trust including to provide the Trust with all necessary investment management services relating to the Trust Property, including the power to vary the investment of the Trust in accordance with the Investment Guidelines and all clerical, administrative and operational services to the Trust as set forth in this Article 8 or elsewhere in this Trust Agreement or in the Management Agreement and under the Management Agreement shall be the authority to bind the Trust in connection with all such matters.
