Delegation; Duties. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, the Trust hereby instructs and directs the Transfer Agent to implement the procedures on its behalf as set forth on Exhibit A, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement (the "Procedures"). Exhibit A may be amended, from time to time, by the Transfer Agent in writing to the Trust with at least 20 days prior notice of such effective change.
