Delegation; Generally. The Board may, from time to time, delegate to one or more Persons (including any Director or officer) such authority and duties as the Board may deem advisable. The Board also may assign titles to any Director, Holder or other individual and may delegate to such Director, Holder or other individual certain authority and duties. Any number of titles may be held by the same Director, Holder or other individual. Any delegation pursuant to this Section 5.2(e) may be revoked at any time by the Board.
