Delegation of Authority to Plan Administrator. In accordance with Section 15.3(b), the duties described in subsection (a) of this Section shall be exercised by the Plan Administrator acting on behalf of the Committee, subject to review by the Committee under Section 16.2(c) of a denial of a claim for benefits.
