Delegation of Responsibility. Transmission Provider may use the services of subcontractors as it deems appropriate to perform its obligations under this GIP. Transmission Provider shall remain primarily liable to Interconnection Customer for the performance of such subcontractors and compliance with its obligations of this GIP. The subcontractor shall keep all information provided confidential and shall use such information solely for the performance of such obligation for which it was provided and for no other purpose.
