Deletion of Section 1. 10. Section 1.10 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and shall be of no force and effect.
Deletion of Section 1. 15. The Rights Agreement is hereby amended to delete Section 1.15 (No Right to Delay Registration) in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 1. Section 1.8 of the Agreement entitled "Line of Credit" shall be deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 1. 4(c). Section 1.4(c) of the Agreement is hereby deleted and removed from the Agreement in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 1. 5. Section 1.5 of the Lease (First Right to Lease Certain Space on 6th Floor) is hereby deleted.
Deletion of Section 1. 64. Section 1.64 (“Option A”) is hereby deleted in its entirety from the Agreement.
Deletion of Section 1. 9. Section 1.9 of the Purchase Agreement hereby is deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 1. 3. Section 1.3 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 1. 12. Section 1.12 of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety.
Deletion of Section 1. 2. Section 1.2 of the Stock Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety.
